Qigong is the practice of distinctive movements for the cultivation and mastery of qi, or life-force energy. Qigong is similar to taiji and yoga.,Qi gong is an excellent approach to overall health and well-being. Qi Gong helps induce a relaxation response that may positively impact your body’s natural healing ability and increase your sense of balance in a seemingly stressful world.
Classes are every Monday 5 – 6PM.

Sound Healing and Reiki
Join sound healing and Reiki practitioners Gisela and Tania in this relaxing 1 hour group session. Experience a deep relaxation with the harmonizing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and a 10 minute personal Reiki clearing
